TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NOTE: This is a condensed version of the T.O.S for readers to have an easy overview. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which will apply to your orders.

  • An deposit of 50% of the full payment is required before I start. After the sketch is made, please pay the remaining amount;

  • Or you may pay in full upfront. These are the only payment schedules I accept.

  • Large Revisions after the final product is made may cost extra.

  • Base price is for personal usage only. Commercial use will cost upwards of double the base price.

  • I have the right to decline a commission, even if not analogous with my Will Not Draw list.

  • I do not provide refunds after sketch approval, especially if the work is finished, unless I cannot work due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Clients are not allowed to use my artwork to train/use in generative AI and/or blockchain-related technology. Included, but not limited to: Non-fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency, NFT marketplaces, or any future inventions similar/within the space.

  • Hate speech.

  • Pornographic Content.

  • Themes involving sexualization of minors, incest, sexual violence, or anything analogous of the aforementioned — fictional or not.

  • Gore.

  • Full-Scale Mechas.

  • Commissions are not open 24/7. Please check my social media bios.

  • Turnaround time, depending on how complicated the artwork is, roughly takes 4 days or a few weeks.

  • I may be unavailable throughout 6:00-17:00 (GMT+8).

  • I send updates for the sketch, solid color, & shading/rendering. You may inquire for updates and/or follow-ups.
